There is a customer who shops where I work. On 1 occassion, he grabbed my shirt to look at the tattoo on my back, he has mimicked squeezing my breasts and grabbing my buttocks. Management “talked” to him, but didn’t ban him from shopping there. Now, he doesn’t say anything to me, just paces in front of my register, points me out to his friends, and on 2 occassions, I believe his vehicle has followed me through the parking lot. My bosses now say he isn’t doing anything wrong, but I think he’s violating KS harassment and stalking laws. After the regional HR director told me the customer would be banned, my local HR has told me they’ll get multiple statements from co-workers stating my behavior at work suggests “I asked for it.” My question…what legal recourse do I have, if any…and can I establish a hostile work environment?
I need a topic for my research paper… let’s make it count.
Has Anyone Out There Heard Of CSR Careers?
HR Director Anne Kerr CSR Careers akerr.csrcareers@rocketmail.com & VP of Operations D.Mead po bx 116 Nancy, Ky 42544 want me to send them $9 for a training manual to do customer service work at home on-line. Are they a legitimate business or are they just scam artists ripping people off for $?
i had my second interview today with the VP of the HR department i am applying for. My first interview was with the HR director, and she will be my direct boss if i get the position
Im not sure how this second interview went. It was comfortable enough and I answered all the questions OK, he had just one trick quesiton and I made a joke saying thats a trick question, no fair, (but still answered it) and he laughed it off..
i spoke with the HR director aftwards and she asked me if im still interested int eh position of if they scared me off yet. then she said that she will contact me “either way” by tomorrow at the latest. She did also ask me if I would be able to return if I had to (im not sure why?) later this week. When i was leaving, she did say, again, we will contact you “either way” . Is this a bad sign?
I applied for a job recently with a hospital for a job I was plenty qualified for. They told me in the interview they were looking to make decisions fairly rapidly. The interview went very well in my opinion, as I seemed to please the interviewer in all my responses, had good eye contact, and was not nervous at all. After several days of no call, I called the HR director and left a message on her voicemail. This was several weeks back now. When an employer does not return a phone call, is it safe to assume they do not want to hire you? I think not returning a call is a bit……rude… to say the least….
I know that store manager boss is the human resource, so whos next after that
I received my notice from unemployment for my hearing
my last employer is going to be via conference call
while my representation and I will be in the room with the judge.
they are fighting for “voluntary quit without good cause”
when I’m fighting that it was a discharge, as well as serious harassment by the HR Director.
on the letter it states
Note to employer- Produce: Testimoney RE: Continuing work available.
^^^anyone know what that means!?
Thank you!
