Are Human Resources Manager…?

Are Human Resources Manager jobs hard to come across? I want to get my degree in Business Management and open my own business, but if that fails or I change my mind, I have heard I could also get a job as a Human Resources Manager with that degree. Are they hard to come across?

I have not seen a shortage in this area. HR folks are always needed – but I have also discovered that their jobs can be eliminated as well when companies need to downsize. The restructuring in the HR depts can be brutal!!!
Start your own business – that is HUGE. Go for it. Be good at it. If it fails – or you sell it off for millions, you can transfer your skills to HR – you’ll have done the hiring/firing/procedures/…you name it, it’ll be yours. Experience plus a degree will make you a great catch.
    Good Luck!

Hello, as a human resources person I thought I would give you a Little advice. You will not start out as a human resources manager with a B.S. in Business Management. You will most likely have to start out as an HR Assistant and work your way up from there. I have a B.S and and MBA with 8 years in the field and recently got my first manager job. This has been the same story for my other HR pals as well.

Human Resources Take Up The Job Of Hiring New People To Businesses. The Manager Has The Job Of Deciding And Having The Last Word.
Every Business Needs A Human Resourcer. You May Not Be Manager Straight Away But With The Skills You Can Work Your Way Up There
