Has Anyone Out There Heard Of CSR Careers?
HR Director Anne Kerr CSR Careers akerr.csrcareers@rocketmail.com & VP of Operations D.Mead po bx 116 Nancy, Ky 42544 want me to send them $9 for a training manual to do customer service work at home on-line. Are they a legitimate business or are they just scam artists ripping people off for $?
I applied for a job recently with a hospital for a job I was plenty qualified for. They told me in the interview they were looking to make decisions fairly rapidly. The interview went very well in my opinion, as I seemed to please the interviewer in all my responses, had good eye contact, and was not nervous at all. After several days of no call, I called the HR director and left a message on her voicemail. This was several weeks back now. When an employer does not return a phone call, is it safe to assume they do not want to hire you? I think not returning a call is a bit……rude… to say the least….
I received my notice from unemployment for my hearing
my last employer is going to be via conference call
while my representation and I will be in the room with the judge.
they are fighting for “voluntary quit without good cause”
when I’m fighting that it was a discharge, as well as serious harassment by the HR Director.
on the letter it states
Note to employer- Produce: Testimoney RE: Continuing work available.
^^^anyone know what that means!?
Thank you!
…to the Muslim HR director at work?
Okay – I had a great second interview with the same company on Monday. For my first interview, I met with the HR Director, the Hiring Manager and the Creative Director. On Monday I met with the VP of Advertising and we seem to have ‘clicked’. I have already sent my ‘thank you’ letters to all of those mentioned. They will be making a decision on who gets the job next week or the week after. Would it be tacky to send an email to ‘smooze’ the hiring manager to say ‘thank you for selecting me for a second interview and I look forward hearing from you … ‘
I an awesome job to ‘sell’ myself and I want to put myself infront of the other candidate(s). What do you think?
I was offered a job back in Dec ’08 when I was still in school for a position that is to start in Jul ’09. I received a welcome note from the HR director in Apr ’09 and assumed that everything is set to go. However, I was recently contacted by the 3rd party contractor performing background check for more info/notarized statements etc. I did not lie on my resume nor inflate my qualifications and so I am wondering what could have gone wrong here.
After finishing an 8 month contract HR assignment with several promises of a perm position (budget was cut), I am now job hunting again. I have been working contract and temp projects since Oct 2005 and feel as if I can’t get anyone to take me seriously. I was laid off from four companies (one int’l retail, 2 dot.coms, and a small bank at the mgr/director level) since 2000, so I do have ‘short term” time frames on my resume. I would much rather not been laid off, but prospective employers don’t tend to look at it that way. I have great references and experience, but still can’t seem to get anyone to even look at my resume past the short term tenures. Any suggestions? I am terrified at the thought of hitting the job market again and getting no response.
Thank you for your help.
