It may be worth contacting the school of Education you are interested in. When I decided to get my degree in Science Education, I had just got all the forms together for UCAS but on a whim dropped an email to my local university. Someone had dropped out at the last minute, and after a quick interview and check of my qualifications, I attended my first lecture just 10 days after sending the email!

In my experience, the company will want you to work for them in the office before you can work outside the office. You need to prove that you first know how to do the job and that you’re reliable. The only industry I’ve seen hire people directly into work at home jobs is telemarketing. This can include you having to make calls or you could be taking calls for orders.
Have you contacted any previous employers?

Perhaps you mean "Technology Management" (BSTM). These are degrees accredited by ATMAE than combine Business courses with some form of Technology. They are alternatively called "Industrial Technology" (BSIT) degrees.
These are actually very good degrees, leading to real jobs, that don't get the attention from students they deserve.

Personally, I think the odds of getting a place for primary in clearing are slim.
I think you need to sort out your C.V first, to give yourself the best chance of getting a place for next years entry!
Most people I know (including myself) applied as soon as the GTTR porthole opened last September for applications!
I gained a place at my 1st choice Newcastle and know others who did to.
If it helps, this is what I did/got in preparation for applying:
10 gcses a-c
3 a-levels aab
degree from Newcastle Uni
masters degree from Sunderland Uni
2 years voluntary work in a school
and portfolio.
I know a lot of people who did secure places had similar C.Vs.
I suggest you get maths and science grade c, read and research about education and gain extensive work experience in a school.
Good Luck!

You will only get a place if you have GCSE grade C or above in maths, science and english.
Your experience with children illustrates your commitment to the job and your experience of other work places will certainly be useful to you in a teaching career, which is at least 50% admin. However in order to update your details you may need to re-apply for next year.
In the meantime, try to get on a course through clearing, ring the universities you choose and try to speak to a tutor. As to which uni, that is a very personal issue. Visit, read the prospectus for each uni and good uni guides. Don't be swayed by top-ten unis, look for those with good grades in teaching degrees.
An alternative route is to contact local schools/education authorities and ask about in-school training, through skip schemes or GTP/GRTP. These are paid placements in which you work alongside an experienced teacher.
Ask the schools for whom you work; they may be happy to take you on under such a scheme.
Good luck, but don't think teaching is the easy route - it's a bl***y hard job although fun and very, very rewarding.

it's going to be hard to find a program under 3k a year. stay away from for profit universities such as U of Phoenix and Devry. Those two have stigmas in corporate America. Try your state school and maybe they offer a online program. I doubt it will cost under 3k a year because online community college work costs about 4,500 a year and thats in state.

i am not sure but i think you mean a bs degree and the list is acct, management, market and finance
and business admistration-general, hr, aquisition.
could you clarify the question a bit. or if not then just go with what you are interested in going into. secretary, hr, acct etc....
ps. sorry posted before it had on the add ons. most degree's actually would just say a bachelor of arts in business and thats it. however on resumes and such you would put what ever you majored/studied in.
