Do I Need To Go For Master’s Or For A Certificate?

I have two more semesters till I obtain my bachelor’s in Psychology.
I want to get into the human resources field and find a job in human resources to work as some type of recruiter or payroll. Would a certificate in human resources management be enough for me to get hired or should I pursue a master’s in human resources management?

now a days it is always better to have a masters, but if you just get a certificate and find a job your employer might be willing to pay for your master’s degree.
