i have a bachelors in HR. it has worked out very well for me. it was very easy for me to find a job right out of college and subsequent jobs after that. i have been doing hr for 12 years. just like with everything else, there are good and bad days. it can be really interesting (like today i had to file a workers comp claim on someone that was electrocuted and then fell 30 feet... don't worry, he is alright). my hr jobs have been in alabama and mississippi. i am currently finishing my masters degree in workforce training and development. let me know if you have any other questions.
