Help!!! Unemployment Confustion?

I received my notice from unemployment for my hearing
my last employer is going to be via conference call
while my representation and I will be in the room with the judge.
they are fighting for “voluntary quit without good cause”
when I’m fighting that it was a discharge, as well as serious harassment by the HR Director.
on the letter it states
Note to employer- Produce: Testimoney RE: Continuing work available.
^^^anyone know what that means!?
Thank you! :)

They are saying that the work you did is still available. That there is more of your work that you can do. The thing is make sure you are calm and even toned, and keep your speech low key and don’t get excited for anything. The HR person will want to see you lose face and look bad. That is their way of defending their position. I would make them understand it was a HOSTILE WORKING ENVIRONMENT. And let them think it worried you it was going to affect your health. The best thing is be cool, calm and collected. You have too your future depends on it. The person on the phone doesn’t know you and your voice is all they have to work with.Be polite and don’t embellish or lie.Too much explanations look like you are trying to cover something up,Good luck !
