How Can One Break Into The Human Resource Field Given No Experience (excluding Internships)?

Attempting to make a career change, just uncertain about how to approach the situation with no prior experience. Will be attending MBA classes this fall.

    Yes. It is possible…
I worked in administration and then accounts payable and then became an Human Resources Rep. with all the duties of a Generalist… I do not have a college education, just the tenacity.
I all depends on the persons ability to learn and their determination.

You’ll probably have to start out in an assistive capacity and work your way up as you continue your education. Just don’t expect to have the responsibilites of an HR professional when you are working as an assistant. Your job will be to coordinate and help the HR manager, and I’d hate to see you be frustrated by not being able to take on more.

I degree in human resources is best.
You can start in HR in the wrong job but the right department
    such as Receptionist in HR
I am a career counselor for real.
    Good luck
