How Do I Address This Formal Letter?

I am writing an email to an HR director at a law firm, regarding applying for work experience. I have an email address for the company itself, but to direct it to this lady (whose first and last name I have, but no title), what would I put in the subject of the email? Just her name, or “To [said lady]” ? Or what?
And then how do I address her in the email itself, if I don’t have her title?
As much info as possible would be great!
Thanks.

You don’t NEED her title to address the letter. Just use the same format that you would use for a business letter but make sure that you include “Ms.”, like this -
    ABC Company
    123 Main Street
    Anytown, New York 10005
    Attention: Ms. Jane Doe
Re: Entry-level position (or whatever it is you’re sending her the letter about)
    Dear Ms. Doe:
    (body of letter)

in the subject write Madam before her name.
to address here : Respected Madam ……
hope it is enough. i do the same every time. No complaints.
