Hr Management In Religious Companies?

I am preparing a thesis on HR management and employee satisfaction in 3 differents cultures: Family business, religious management and Non profit organisation, I would like to know if someone has done this study before and I need some references in this subject, especially religious and family business. I am comparing employee’s satisfaction in these business to have extract the best management style.
