Human Resources Certificate…advice Needed Please!!?

I am looking for a career change and would like to get into HR. My question is should I get my graduate certificate in HR before I get a masters in human resources managment? Or should I jump right into the masters degree?
Some background info. I have a four year b.s. business degree with an emphasis in finance and marketing. I graduated 2 years ago and have been working in finance for a year and a half. Thanks for your help!

I would continue working on the Masters degree… once you stop that train its hard to get it restarted. It wouldn’t hurt, though, to take a continuing ed class in HR.
