Human Resources Certificate….advice Please?

I am looking for a career change and would like to get into HR. My question is should I get my graduate certificate in HR before I get a masters in human resources managment? Or should I jump right into the masters degree?
Some background info. I have a four year b.s. business degree with an emphasis in finance and marketing. I graduated 2 years ago and have been working in finance for a year and a half. Thanks for your help

I have my BS in PR/HR and Art and I am still looking for a job. Either route you take, the jobs are aplunty for this field but they are scattered and dont risk wanting to move. I just think either way you take it would work. I mean if you already have one degree, you can do it!
