		<description>Well, first of all you would have to prove without a doubt that your supervisor was racist.  Second, you would have to prove you were unjustly written up.  Third, the company has a policy in place that seems fair(my opinion) for transferring into another department. You can ask for a meeting between HR, you and your supervisor to see if a compromise can be reached.</description>

But even in that situation, it will probably not do you much good unless you can demonstrate that management is violating the collective bargaining agreement.  If you do not have Union representation at your place of employment,  there really is not much you can do.  If you make a big commotion over this, you are likely to get yourself fired.  Your education is not &quot;all for nothing.&quot;  Other opportunities will come up.</description>
