I think you’d better start asking your instructors for clarification instead of strangers who can’t read your instructors’ minds.
The role of Human Resources in employment practices to accomplish organization roles is simply to attract and retain quality employees for a business. In other words, HR’s purpose i to provide the best employees possible, which will help the organization reach it’s goals faster.
They are to see that everyone is taken care of.
-rules & policy’s (such as sexual harassment)
-benefits
-scans through applicants
-drug testing
-even addressed employees who come to work with fowl body oder
