I am a Director of HR but there is no magic answer.
- What will the 2nd interview be like? It will be like a normal interview. Normally HR will concentrate on you and your personality, how you think and decide things etc. They will also want to know your salary, why you moved jobs etc.
- Type of questions? Who knows? But plan for the strengths and weaknesses ones and where do you want to be in 5 years time. Be sure you know why you want to work there and why you want to leave your last place. HR normally dont ask teh technical interviews - they are done by the manager.
- Are you in? Depends, but doesnt sound like it to me. Usually the company will have you meet at least the manager and teh HR person before they decide. But it does mean you are not out. That is good.
Best advice is to take time to prepare. Write down some answers to some questions you might be asked and practice them. Be yourself. Know why you want the job and find out about the company. Think of at least one question that you want to ask.
Good luck

Congratulations! You have just pulled ahead of dozens of other applicants for the job. You are on a roll! You have done things right so far. Keep on that track. Don't assume you have it aced but don't be afraid.
There is no rule that says what the HR director must ask or what style of questioning will be used. Every employer has different procedures. Be confident though that you have what they want because they will not waste time and money for that second interview if they did not think you have what it takes.
Be yourself! Be honest! You will get the job!
