I’m not a human resources manager, but here is a website for general career information: http://www.bls.gov/oco and can search ‘human resources, training, and labor relations managers and specialists’ or such.
I believe that most HR managers require at least a bachelor’s degree.
For future reference if considering schooling, please steer clear of those online, for-profit schools (some have ‘bricks and mortar buildings and are even ‘accredited’) such as penn foster, strayer, university of phoenix, capella, sanford brown, devry, everest, kaplan and others as they are merely out to ‘make a profit’ (and course credits may not transfer): http://www.ripoffreport.com and can type into search. So many of those programs offer HR degrees, so just fyi.
