If You Know Something About Your Boss That Goes Against The Bfoqs Of The Job/company, What Should You Do?

If the company and job has specific bona fide occupational qualifications and requirements, and I have proof of something of the boss (who no one likes) that goes against those BFOQs, should I let someone know? This person is basically living a big lie and causing a lot of grief at the company. Should I bring it up? How? To whom? HR or a VP? Thank you.

call your company headquarters and turn it in without giving your name… they will investigate

If you have unequivocal proof of your boss’s indulgence which spoils the working environment in the office do please seek an appointment with higher authorities and let them know. You do not have to sacrifice your ethics and loose your identity for a wrong boss. If the company has a good work culture they will appreciate your action.
