Job in HRD in cool,you can get chance to do a number of things which are there in the field of HR.Initially you would have to start with recruitment and as you grow you will be given a number of responsibilities like handling of payrolls,training and development,employee relations,perfomance appraisals and much more.After you are an expert in every vertical then you get the HR generalist profile that is being Jack of all trades.donot think it is hectic,it is the other way round, i,e it is intresting.

You should research job opportunities thoroughly. Human resources is a great career for someone who likes business and enjoys sociology. That said, most companies are outsourcing the great majority of their HR business. Benefits are managed online. At my company, you retire and resign online. You sign up for benefits, manage time off, and manage 401k and pensions online. When you do need to speak to someone, they are likely working in Ireland or India. I have no bad feelings about outsourcing. It is cost-efficient. Business are trying to make money. It’s what they do. I only tell you this because careers in human resources are limited.
