In Nj, What Do I Have To Do, (if Anything) To Be Eligible To Become A Director Of Guidance In A High School??

I am not sure if there is special certification, or if special certification is even required. What I do have:
A BA in Psychology
A MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology
(Some job history: I was a Graduate Assistant in my MA program; I worked in HR for a Fortune 500 COmpany; and now am a Mgmt Consultant)
Please any info woudl be greatly appreciated on what exactly I would need to do, to make the carrer switch…

Hi, Check with the board of ED, They will have a listing of educational requriments. I think you will need a masters.

Aren’t high school guidance counselors just washouts from other professions? All mine were. “former this” and “former that”
