Long answer short. Google NLRB. National Labor Relations Board. As a former union representative, I highly recommend you do so. Not only are you encountering discrimination in your workplace. You’re a victim of an apparent physical assault. Be prepared to fight a long and very frustrating battle. Don’t falter. You’ll be glad in the end. If you need additional assistance, let me know. I’ve tangled with these type of individuals in the past, many times. Stick to black and white. I know it’s hard, but try not to take anything personal.

Absolutely. At the very least it is making you uncomfortable at the workplace which should be reported.

unless they are discrimination against you b/c of your race, religion, or gender, it company is allowed to discriminate.
i would just leave the place, and work someplace else. unless you have a couple ten thousand dollars to spend on a lawyer to sue them.

Unlike Roger suggests, I believe that it is illegal to discriminate against sexual orientation. In all it sounds like an angry work environment. Whether they are discriminating against you or they just don’t like you for some reason it sounds like an unpleasant place to be.

there is no law against being against gays.
Some companies have rules against it, but otherwise no issue.
Your first comment about your level of performance may rub people wrong.
Although I am not saying you are to blame, see what actions you do that may contribute to this.
Otherwise, sounds like you will be out of a job soon.
