Been at my job for a year and they paid for it. I need more money though. However, I get 22 vacation days, 3 personal, 15 sick, and we’re closed for two weeks at the end of the year and it’s paid.
I want to take my career to a higher level but I am not sure that I should stay at my current job. They just got rid of the VP of HR and we’re being restructured. Should I stay on for a while or start looking?

If you arent really feeling the gig…start looking…if you like it…stay, but always keep your options/connects open…you never know what can happen…
I’ve been at the same job for 9 years and I’m torn between going back to school in order to advance within the field(not where I’m working) or finding something not related to the field I’m in. There is no reason why you can’t keep working where you are, but look for other options. You may find something better. You have to look before you leap!
Keep your current job and start searching gradually as you find time by searching over internet..and try to be mentally relaxed, thats more important.
Keep your options open, on both ends…You almost have to forecast the events to come to your benefit…Congrats by the way…I’m sure you’ll make the right decision
