My Husband Had An Affaire With A Hr Director & He Is A Project Director. He Left Me & My Son For This Women.?

He still deneies that he had an affair. We are in a very nasty divorce. I have subpeona his company for all there travel calendar, text messageing and expense report. All evidance showes that they were together in the same location & date.
The women got divorce few month ago. Also, my husband took all saving and closed our joint account after the agreed temp order. He took my name off from his 401K and replaced with his family member.
I live in TX. what will be my divorce out come. Will be fire from his company? who would be liable for attorney fee?

You need to get an attorney. What state do you live in? How long were you married to him for? I ask these because most states are now “no fault” states meaning that cheating doesn’t make a bit of difference when it comes to dividing assets. Also, I ask how long you were married for because depending on the state, depends on how much equity you will receive out of the marriage. They take into account a lot of things like income, length of marriage (10+ years) means you will probably have a lot more rights to things like his 401K. It sounds like you have quite a fight on your hands. Make sure that when you are finalizing your decree that you don’t get left out of anything. Good luck! If you ever get remarried get a prenup.

He can’t take money or your name off 401′k, or insurance policies etc. Your lawyer can take care of this. The more stuff he pulls, the more he will piss off the judge. Any money he has taken will be given back to you , at least 1/2. Good luck!
