Please Help, Hr Questions…?

You are an HR consultant and your boss (the HR Director) has come to you with a project. She feels that the managers in the organization are lacking in coaching skills and wants to put together a training session. You would want to cover effective communication definitely. How to give criticism without offending your employees. Also, if you work in a virtual envirnoment (as I do), you might want to give coaching on being a virtual leader (meaning I work in VA but my boss is in NJ). Good luck.
