For five years, I was the HR director for a mid size company. No writeups but alot of cash bonuses. Then one day an employee complained to me about that her boss, who was also my boss, was hugging her and she didn’t like it. Legal responsibility to response. Spoke to him. he said would don’t it again. Problem solved, until the next day when he said I could resign or be terminated. Sh

Did you in fact resign? That makes a difference. If you were terminated take the matter up with your local Labor Board and go after him for wrongful termination.

Sue, it’s not sexual harassment against you but you have a good case of ‘due cause’, hope you keep copies of complaints. Cash can’t be tracked.
