Sociology And Criminal Justice Degree, Couseling Etc, Any Job In Human Resources For Me?

my girlfriend has a double major in sociology and criminal justice and has been doing related counseling for several years. IS there an HR position that is suitable, or any position in HR that she could get hired in?
She just wants a change of atmosphere and definately posses the skills that are listed in almost all HR positions. thoughts?
