Ok, so here’s the deal. Im trying to figure out which college to attend. Im a full-time worker and have two options at this point. I can attend Liberty University and major in what I really want, which is Business/Finance. The thing is, it’s a tier IV school…but fully accredited (I already checked this out). OR I can attend a top school, University of Richmond. Because it’s an evening program, I would have to major in something like HR Management..which I have no plans to go into. Either way, after I graduate, Im going for my MBA. My question is, should I compromise my major just so that I can graduate from a better school or should I choose the lesser school which has my major? Ive checked into other institutions, but none of them fit my needs as a full time worker. PLEASE any advice you have is welcomed!! Thanks.

I am new with the company I am with. 90 day new and do not plan on staying here. Resume onlne looking at this time.
I have concerns that are pretty substantial. I know a group of employees are on a loa and looking at a class action law suit for misc concerns, I recently has been told by my manager that “you are no better than the person you replaced, mind you I am still 90 days new. I also know multiple meetings with my manager, and admin and HR have happen due to the multtitude of complaints.
What makes me different is I am willing to leave a sick environement. I believe the staff who are complaining are somewhat valid due to my own concernns. The other’s are all taking a leave of absence and trying to “rally the troups”for a class action lawsuit. I myself would rather just resign, and met with HR, provide documentaiton of event sn move on is that ok?

The problem is that if I decide to major in HR or anything in Business, I will have to waste another semester taking the prerequisite classes to get accepted into those majors. So I was thinking of getting my major in either psychology or sociology (which I have already completed prerequisites) and getting a minor in HR, so I dont have to waste time. Although I have been told a business degree would be better for HR. So what do you think I should do?
