What Is The Easiest And Quickest Way To Become A Hr Manager/director?

My whole life depends on HR. I love everything about this industry and want to be at the very top someday as a HR Manager or Director. I am currently looking for HR work at the moment, so I know I will have at least a years HR experience before I goto college. But is this even necessary? I want to be a CIPD member too but to do that I need to graduate from University. So bascially it will take me about 8 years to land my dream job on a 60k-80k yearly wage but by then I’ll be 27-30!! Is there anyway I can move things along quicker rather than having to spend 8 years studying? It just seems like such a long period of time and when I’m finished studying I’ll probably be ready to start a family. Talk about stressful! Any opinions or advice much appreciated, especially anyone who’s lucky enough to work in HR at present! Thanks.
