I’m about to start college but I’m debating whether it would be better to take a 1 year certificate on something, to get a decent paying job, or just go after an the Associates in Art?
This are some of the certificates I have review:
Business Administration on Human Resources.
International Business & trade.
Management-Supervisor.
Any recommendation are appreciated.

SPHR – it has to be kept update with ongoing education in the field versus a degree program that does not require continuing education.

I am looking at going back to school for 2009. Would having an Associates degree in business administration and a certificate in human resource management be a good combo on a resume? Or would I be just wasting my time? Any thoughts or suggestions appreciated! Ps. I am wanting to work more as an administrative assistant but work myself up the ladder. I am excited at the thought of learning more of how a business runs and such. Thanks!

I have two more semesters till I obtain my bachelor’s in Psychology.
