I’m about to start college but I’m debating whether it would be better to take a 1 year certificate on something, to get a decent paying job, or just go after an the Associates in Art?
This are some of the certificates I have review:
Business Administration on Human Resources.
International Business & trade.
Management-Supervisor.
Any recommendation are appreciated.

http://ocpe.gmu.edu/certificate_programs… SPHR – it has to be kept update with ongoing education in the field versus a degree program that does not require continuing education. well maybe jobs with major companies , doing HR as they say with them , salary be good if you managed to land one of these jobs That certificate probably doesn’t mean very much. What type of work experience do you possess and what college courses and or degrees have you completed? I am looking at going back to school for 2009. Would having an Associates degree in business administration and a certificate in human resource management be a good combo on a resume? Or would I be just wasting my time? Any thoughts or suggestions appreciated! Ps. I am wanting to work more as an administrative assistant but work myself up the ladder. I am excited at the thought of learning more of how a business runs and such. Thanks! I want course that is related to hr that one can do in line with hr degree to boost my career and increase your chances of being shortlisted for a job in that field. |
