Yes. My advices is not to focus too much about grade when you take this class. Human resource management will become more important as you go up the corporate ladder. Even you are not going to bea HR manager, you will find the knowledge of a framework to think about HR issues helpful in your career whatever you are going to do.
These are the questions
What is the nature of your organization?
What is your exact job title?
What are your duties on the job?
What is your educational background?
Has your education helped you with work or do you think there is something missing in your education?
Thank you I really need these answered. I know I cannot stop people from giving stupid answers but please if you do not have anything to say related to the topic, please do not leave an answer.
So, my husband and I are doing an oral report in human resource class in college. We decided to do ours on the positive and negative effects of have a potential employer look at a myspace or facebook, and how to avoid loosing a potential job.
My question is, Has anyone ever lost a potential job because of something that was posted online?
Please, honest real life answers only…This is really for class…
God Bless and Thank you!

I am finishing up my project in Human Resource Management and I have a quick question. When refering to the HRM office would I say Human Resources Department or Human Resource Departement. I always thought that it was Human Resource Department, but a few of my class mates refer to it as Human Resources Department. Does anyone know that correct way to say it?
I failed my first test and I want to study, but it is boring and I want to pass. Know of any resources or anything I can use? Any tips on remembering things? Thanks
My final paper entails that I choose a profession to manage a specific employment position. I need a profession that would be easy to do as well as easy to find materials for this profession.
i have to write a paper and one of the things i need to answer is explain HR’s role in employment practices to accomplish organizational roles. but i have no idea what this means. can someone explain it to me!
