I want to get my associate degree in human resource assistant but, i cant find it that what college is having this degree. They told to choose something in business management and it is not H/R assistant i don’t know how am i get my associate degree in H/R resource please help me if anyone knows.

human resources? most schools have programs specific to HR. Otherwise, you could go with an education or business degree.

Right now i’m just going for an associate degree and during my Human Resources class my instructor was saying how an associate degree is the same now as a high school diploma was back in the 60’s and 70’s. Now i’m all discourages because i want to be educated to the highest power and im very excited and interested in Paralegal studies. But i don’t want years from now my associates degree is become a problem if i’m ever out looking for a job.
any input, thoughts or idea’s about this? Thanks.
