Should I Email An Employer I Contacted About A Job In The Engineering Field?

Here is what happened. I wanted to send my resume to a company I looked up. They didn’t have their HR email on their website so I called them to get an email to forward my resume. Fortunately at that time the HR lady went to lunch and the director or “co-founder” picked up the phone and I told him that I didn’t find the email etc, online and need an email I can forward my resume to. He decided to ask me what I do and my experience and courses so I told him everything and he told me that the spot that was open has been filled but he is looking to hire someone to assist his engineering department. He said I fit the description of what he is looking for. Then he asked me to forward my resume directly to him and said he will see. He seemed very impressed and interested. That was 1 week ago. Would it be okay to inquire about it? Should I email and ask him what he thinks? If not, when should I email him since its been a week? What should I write in the email? Its an engineering company

Please, Can You Help Me With A Thank You Letter To Be Sent Via Email?

Over the past few weeks, I have been interviewing with various companies to be an Engineering Manager. I was not impressed with any of the companies I interviewed with until today. They called me back for a second interview next week.
The company just blew me away. I appreciate their mission statement, philosophy, hiring manager, ethics, and everything else about them.
I interviewed with an HR Rep and the Engineering Director. The industry is Food and Beverage.
I cannot seem to write an appropriate Thank You letter to express that I want to work for them, and we will be a great fit for each other.
Any suggestions? What has successfully worked for you in the past?

Are You Supposed To Send A Thank You E-mail When The Hr Send You An E-mail Saying:?

“I have forwarded your application to the department director”?

Phone Interview – Thank You Email – How To Follow Up ?

Hi, I am a Latin America lawyer and two weeks ago I had a phone job interview with the HR Director for a position as a legal assistant for the company’s clients in Latin America. We talked about my professional experience, salary, benefits and relocation expectations. Well, my professional experience was praised by the interviewer, my salary expectation was market rate, the benefits were fixed the same for every employer, but because I am at the moment based in South America I was asked about my relocation expectations and I proposed the documentation necessary to take the work permit visa and some help to search an apartment. Next day I sent a thank you email but still had no answer. The position is still avaiable at the company’s site. The question is how should I follow up this job because no deadline was fixed at the interview.

I Need To Send Out An Email To Everyone In The Company Advising Them Of A Death…what Can I Say?

I’m stumped. Can someone please help me with verbiage…what’s the etiquette on sending this type of email? What should I say?
The person that passed is HR Director’s mother, although no one knew her direclty, our Director is absolutely wonderful and we all feel terrible for her.
So what do I say in the email. It’s a corporate office so about 100 people will be getting it. HELP!
