There are quite a few jobs in this field. To name a few, there are HR Generalist/Coordinator, Resource Manager, recruiting, workforce advisor, etc. Try to do a search on one of the job sites and see what you can find. http://www.allwantedjobs.com One of IT company has asked one to appear for this interview after clearing Technical Interview. It appears that the question period has expired. If you have received an answer that meets your needs, please choose one of those as a ‘best answer.’ If you haven’t received a good answer for your question, you may want to consider the following, I have a BA in Management and Organizational Development. I work as a manager of 65 people in a clerical setting in the health care industry. I have an interest in Human Resources but no experience in the field. I see that EMU offers a graduate certificate in Human Resources with the option of continuing on for the full graduate degree later. Do you think that this would help me gain entry into the field? Or would it be a waste of time/effort? I am a HR specialization MBA(corrospondence) student from assam. now i am in my 3rd semester. So to develop myself better in the field of HR I want to undergo some HR related training. But I am not be able to find out right direction. Can anyone guide me to find out a good institute. why it is importance ance for HR management to transform from being primarily administrative & operational to becoming a more strategic contributor.?? |
