i used windows movie maker and it says 4-5 hr to join 2 part(out of 5). A number of people go into HR with MIR degrees (Master of Industrial Relations) – it really depends on what career path you are choosing: employee/industrial relations, organizational development, total rewards, training and talent management, etc. The reality is that in the 21st Century, HR is moving from a tactical to a more strategic role and is a respected partner at the business table. To that end, many also go the MBA or even the LLM. Attempting to make a career change, just uncertain about how to approach the situation with no prior experience. Will be attending MBA classes this fall. I had that same problem when I tried to break into HR years ago. Here are a few things you can do that worked for me: im going back to school and i would like to pursue a career in human resources. does anybody have any information regarding this manner? I have my B.S. degree in Health Information Management and now working on my MBA degree along with my Human Resource Management certificate. Will it be hard for me to get into HR? Both of my degrees will be management level and I wasjust wondering how hard it would be with 2 management degrees and no prior HR experience. Please let me know routes. Thanks I have a bachelors degree with two concentrations, one in finance and another in marketing. I currently work for a bank at their corp headquarters. I basically hate my job and would really like to get into the HR field. What would be the easiest way to do this? I am thinking I need my masters in it because I have no prior experience. By the way I have been working for two years. Advice please!!?? Thank you. |
