Is/will the job market be good? well maybe jobs with major companies , doing HR as they say with them , salary be good if you managed to land one of these jobs I am postgraduate of human resource management. I am seeking for jobs in HR, which suits my qualification. What is the best possible way to get job immediately, which related to my education. I majored in business and decided to concentrate in HR, but I don’t know if it’s what I want to do. I’m almost done, so I’m going to finish it out. Are there any other jobs I can get with an HR degree that are not specifically in HR? The obvious choice is to go into Human Resources. People going into this function either become specialized in a specific area, such as Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Training or Organization Development, or they become generalists with responsibility for all of these functions. Whether a specialist or a generalist, the career paths have several levels beginning with basic administration and leading to management positions up to and including the Vice President level. Is/will the job market be good? There are quite a few jobs in this field. To name a few, there are HR Generalist/Coordinator, Resource Manager, recruiting, workforce advisor, etc. Try to do a search on one of the job sites and see what you can find. http://www.allwantedjobs.com |
