Is/will the job market be good?
Ideal degree is a major in business with emphasis in human resources or organizational behavior. They’ll favorably take people who have a ” general business” degree however. Stay away from social sciences such as psychology, those wont get you in.
Any idea? Welcome the feedback from the those who are in the recruitment/HR industries.
I am thinking about getting into the human resource field and was wondering what type of degree they have. Is it also necessary to get a masters degree if I want to move up or is experience enough?
I want to know the entry level positions available, and whether or not this is a good field to get into. I want to know before I change my major.
I am looking to work as an assistant in a human resource dept. I have college in my background and have taken many business courses. Whwn I call for the position I get this question, have you ever worked in a human resource dept. before?

There are quite a few jobs in this field. To name a few, there are HR Generalist/Coordinator, Resource Manager, recruiting, workforce advisor, etc. Try to do a search on one of the job sites and see what you can find. http://www.allwantedjobs.com
I am wanting to get a second masters degree, preferably one that compliments my H.R. degree.
I was thinking of a Counseling degree or a degree in education (adult).
Any ideas? Let me know…
Search this link, it is the occupational outlook handbook. It is done by the government and used by colleges! Good luck with your choice of degree!
