Can I Enter The Job Market With A Certificate In Human Resources Management Or Is A Bachelor Needed? You can enter the job market with a certifcate. Your salary would be about 25% higher with a bachelor. I am looking for a career change and would like to get into HR. My question is should I get my graduate certificate in HR before I get a masters in human resources managment? Or should I jump right into the masters degree? So… A new temp just started she is in need of a babysitter, she is not trainable, and unable to learn. You tell her one thing and she does what you told her not to do! So your training her and your job is to correct her and teach her right. You correct her, not to be a know it all but are really sweet about explaining this is why we do it this way instead. So…instead of taking it as teaching her the ropes she takes your kind suggestions as a know it all, I hate you. lol No really…so now in front of my co-workers the owner and everyone she is a biotch to me. I am going to talk to my boss who is her boss also and the Director of Human Resources. Any suggestions?? Long story short. Example:I let her know a different box wasn’t my in-box by just saying, oh sorry! Since I haven’t told you yet, this is my in box, if you put my stuff in the other box it tends to get covered up with folders that I don’t tend to as often, so stuff gets hidden an buried their, it is best to put my incoming items over here so I can tend to them quicker, thanks! She moved the item and gave it a comforting pat 3 times and walked out. The girl who I share an office with was like WHoa!!!! That was the rudest thing I have ever seen. I said yeah she hide her feelings or leave much to desire. I have 3 witnesses on her rudeness. Suggestions?! Please! |
