I am going for an interview at Western Dental corporate office for a human resources assistant position. Somewhat nervous about the type of questions they ask for a HR position. Any suggestions? Im interviewing w/ the VP of HR and the HR manager which is a little intimidating!

You are an HR consultant and your boss (the HR Director) has come to you with a project. She feels that the managers in the organization are lacking in coaching skills and wants to put together a training session. Compose a detailed list of the points that you would want to cover during the training.
what do you think!!
thanks!!

I just received a job offer at a medium sized company doing customer support for educational software. I heard that it was always a good idea to negotiate salary from some sources, and that entry level salary was not negotiable from other sources and possibly even risky. I do like the salary offer, but if I can get moer that is of course a good thing. The offer came through an emailed offer letter and a telephone message (I was unable to answer my cell at the time). I returned his call and left a voicemail saying I would like to come in and discuss the details of the offer (some things were missing, like benefits). Is this the right move? Should I negotiate salary, or even ask to negotiate? Might he retract his offer at the mere mention of “discussing details”?

I have a second interview tomorrow with the VP of the HR department that i applied for.
What type of questions should I ask him? Ive already met with the HR director (if i get hired i will be working directly with her) and I asked her a couple questions such as describe a typical day at work and asked for some more info on the company.
I just dont know what else i could ask. Maybe something about competitors?
any suggestions are well appreciated. Thank you!

I have a second interview tomorrow with the VP of the HR department and was wondering what type of questions will be asked.
My first interview went well, and it was with the Human Resources Director. This is an entry level HR position, and I will be working directly with her.
What type of questions migh the VP ask? she mentioned during the first interview that he is her boss.
Thanks!!
