I am to do a presentation in my HR class about Lockheed Martin and my material to cover is the staffing systems. I found some information at their website, but it was limited of course.
I’m looking for information such as how they hire (potential vs achievement), disciplinary systems, and firing employees. Any website with some good material would be appreciated!

Im a student in high school doing a project of a career Im interested in, but im not sure what education you need to have this career, the future outlook, and the additional training. also, Im really interested to do this career. What is the classes i could take in high school? Law? Yes. My advices is not to focus too much about grade when you take this class. Human resource management will become more important as you go up the corporate ladder. Even you are not going to bea HR manager, you will find the knowledge of a framework to think about HR issues helpful in your career whatever you are going to do. i have a bachelors in business management and a associate in general studies and i have over 10 years of office administration experience but nothing in the hr field. i have no experience. so shoud i go back to school and get hr certificate or just take some hr classes. what do i need to do to get in the field. i am an older adult and dont have a lot of time to waste taking to many classes. any advice would be helpful thanks. what kind of class’s do i need to take to become human resource? Attempting to make a career change, just uncertain about how to approach the situation with no prior experience. Will be attending MBA classes this fall. try volunteering.
