I am a 25 year old construction worker pursuing a degree in human resources , but I am worried about finding a job because I hav little experience.what should I do and where should I start? I’m going to school for Human Resource Management and I am going to take some international business classes with it. I have to pick three out of four classes to take but I want to know which ones would benefit me the best. There’s Introduction to Importing and Exporting, International Business Culture and Protocol, International Banking and Finance, and International Marketing. Which three would you take? Which ones do you think would benefit me the most? Thanks so much in advance! My previous employer was a small software company in Bangalore. and closed his IT business, when many experienced people left the company for higher salaries. I also left the company five years ago. You need to be more specific. HR policies for what? Hiring, benfits, dicipline, etc? I majored in Public Communications in college, and over the past year or so I took a great interest in pursuing a career in HR. I can’t decide, however, if I should strike right out for an HR job or get a Master’s Degree first. My only “fear” about going for a Master’s is my lack of a business degree, which makes me think the material may overwhelm me. I want to know if it would be better to get a business administration degree and than pursue a masters in HR. Or should I just go for a BA in HR and than a Masters in HR. Im trying to find a combination of degrees that will help me get the upper edge over the other HR competition. phd is a prestigious degree while mba will offer u a better job and an increase in ur salary go 4 it |
