Now a days we see a lot of Freshers in the Software industry, I completed my B.E. in 2005 and joined the software industry but I developed a little bit of hatredness because of the Night shift environment and work pressure now after completing my M.B.A I am working as a HR in the Global top ten automotive Company. Am I in the correct path or I should come back again to technical??
Since I am already having the offer here and the previous concern also demands me to work in the night shifts(12 hours) environment I am really in a Dilemma.. Dear friends kindly advice me if at all you have come across this suituation and condition.
I am also doing Sun Certification in JAVA/J2EE how can I manage things doing every things all together..
I am also having a offer to go to canada for MS studies next year by that time I will be 24 is that a correct age to start to a Alien country?? if so how can I adopt there.. Kindly advice.. Thankyou…

I am a 25 year old construction worker pursuing a degree in human resources , but I am worried about finding a job because I hav little experience.what should I do and where should I start? (Industrial-Organizational Psychology) You need to be more specific. HR policies for what? Hiring, benfits, dicipline, etc? I would like any advice on how to get an “in” on an entry level Human Resources job. Is it possible with my degree? Where should I start? Almost all the jobs in Human Resources require experience so how do you get a job in HR with no experience in that field when your degree is in sociology? Is it possible?
