All I can find on the internet are these stupid MLM’s or companies where I have to “invest” to start working (data entry, typing, medical transcription, envelope stuffing, internet surveys, etc.) I am an excellent typist, have over 10 years of Admin/HR/Management experience but want to stay at home with my infant son while I’m working. I’ve been told that there are legitimate corporations that look for people to work from home, but I haven’t found any. Can you help?!
I mean to say when a candidate joins a new company(big or medium size), then HR peoples of new company enquire about the newly candidate? What does that enquiry system includes?
1. Duration in previous company
2. Designation
3. Character during work
4. Projects (means on which technology candidate is working)
5. Any Other
Plz tell me Do HR people enquire about all points above or any other area??

im not stereotyping, i learned in my human resources class that the European culture is less materialistic than the American Culture, and was wondering if you agreed or disagreed.
You need a college class for this. Maybe 2 years worth, plus a certification in HR and Labor Relations. Contact your local university for classes, programs and testing dates. Research the SHRM website. Society for Human Resource Management.
This is not something you explain on this venue.
Right now I am on route to be finished with my degree soon, it’s a undergrad degree in Organizational Management. A lot of the aspects of the degree have studied human resources related fields and I think I’d like to get in to that once I am done. Would I be able to with my degree? I think I would based on what Ive learned, do I need additional certificates or extra courses once I am done? I looked up certification and it was rather confusing.
