Will I graduate within a year? I have a business degree and HR experience in a truck company. I want to try something different, that is not sales…any sugestions?? My girlfriend has a bachelors in business admin and is just graduating with a master’s in human resources. She has 8 years of recruiting and employee relations experience and wants a HR role in a larger co. Wondering if we should move to a larger city, or what kinds of opportunities there might be for her. And what kind of pay can she expect? Human resources is not offered at my university, and I plan to work right after my undergraduate studies, but if a Masters does not require up to four years, then I can a relative program in undergraduate, and then obtain my Masters in HR Should I continue being a manager or should I try to find something even more in the human resources field. I make 10.10 an hour. I have an HR bachelor’s degree and will start my new job very soon. I am hoping to advance within the company, but if that’s not possible I would obviously need to look outside the company for opportunities. Most higher level HR jobs require HR experience. How many years in this position do you think would be adequate to advance to a higher level position such as assistant director or maybe director of one HR department (benefits, training, etc.)? You probably just need a bachelor’s degree….so that’s graduating from college. |
