Job in HRD in cool, you can get chance to do a number of things which are there in the field of HR.Initially you would have to start with recruitment and as you grow you will be given a number of responsibilities like handling of payrolls, training and development, employee relations, perfomance appraisals and much more. After you are an expert in every vertical then you get the HR generalist profile that is being Jack of all trades.donot think it is hectic,it is the other way round, i,e it is intresting.
Wish you best of luck and a shining career ahead.

I want to work in human resources. I have a degree in economics and I’m not sure how to proceed. I’ve been applying for jobs in the clerical field, accounting, and one position as a human resources clerk. Is it hard to get work in HR?
just wondering. also please tell me if you just got your bachelor’s, master’s, or ph.d. how long have you been working with that degree?
I am considering studying Business Human Resources at University and have decided to do a certificate 3 first to decide if it is really what I want. What do you do in your job? Where do you work? What made you want to do this? What do you need to be successful? Any help would be great, thank you!!!!
Cornell has probably the best-known HR undergrad program (the Industrial & Labor Relations School). Other than that, the nationally-renowned HR programs are all masters or MBA degrees (University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Michigan State). My recommendation is to go to a top undergrad business school and beef up on HR electives and internships.
Plz sugges a way by which I can make it run continuously without the connection breaking up…
A little info we purchased our first home home last year, one income, one person in college. Just wanted to see what everyone thought would be the best way. Thanks.
