What Degree Do I Need To Become A Human Resources Manager?

I’m starting college this fall to get my bachelor’s in organizational behavior. But i plan to go to graduate school after that and what i’m wondering is what degree would bring me more success in becoming a human resources manager?

Earn a degree or two (masters if possible) in Human Resources Management. There are plenty of schools that offer this degree. Just do a yahoo search “Human Resources Management” and see.
