I am currently getting paid 6.22/hour (which is about right for my location) where I should be getting paid 7.44. And my coworkers who have been working at the same place are getting paid 6.95. I asked my store director about my pay, the human resources, and another manager. and they all told me they’re working on it and this is for the past 10 months now. What should i do about getting my proper pay? and the place is a franchise/corporate business located worldwide.

Let’s see, you’ve already talked to the store director, another manager, and human resources. Where’s the accounting department or where the check is issued from? Find out who is in charge of determining your pay and if it really is less than it should be. If so, make sure you keep records of your hours and supposed pay as opposed to actual pay. You say your coworkers make more, but have they been working there longer? You’re going to have to find the person who actually issues your check and talk to them.
