people constantly tell me i should be a counsler, physcologist, teacher, parole officer, social worker or a human resources director when i grow up.
i know what most of them are but im kinda confused about what a parole offier, social woker and a human resources director does!!!
also what kind of person would fit this kind of job?

Parole Officer– Someone who helps straighten out a person who just gets out of prison. When a man or women gets out of prison they have to do what the parole board says needs to be done and you would make sure that person stays on track and if not then you would have to get them back where they came from and the person(s) would be spending the rest of their jail/prison term behind bars.
Social Worker– Ok this one is not to hard to explain this is a person who helps make sure children and Elderly are taken care of properly. Now this kind of person has to have a cold heart to a point and understand when to back off of a case as well as take care of what needs to be done. I have never been a person who would ever get into this area of work. Social Workers get beat up, yelled at, and threatened all the time. This job is one of the worste ones in the bunch you want more information on. This job is also needed so bad that it can take a mother or father over a year to get their kids back. As well as if the mother gets pregnant they cause hell by saying every chance they get that the mother and father will never see the unborn child. How I know this is cause I went through this one and it did take me a year to show my mom is crazy and if she gets off her meds then she shes things that arent there and a bunch of other things. It took me so long to prove I am a good mother and I got so sick while I was pregnant that I almost died having my daughter. I understand they were doing a job but they also saw a good home but still took my child. I got over $10,000 cause it was a wrongful case in their fault.
Human Resouces—Well I have never worked in this department my sister has though. I know they deal with the hire paperwork and first interview.
They mess with people’s lives.

I wouldn’t personally be a parole officer. Parole officers are basically in charge of the parole of convicts and parolees. they deal with really bad people that could potentially harm you.
Human resources is in business. They usually do the paper work for new hires, meetings, conferences, make sure everyone is kept up to date in immunizations (if working in the health industry) and payroll. they also deal with employee benefits, like vacation, sick time, health insurance, etc.
A social worker is what I am actually in school for. I think this is the most rewarding career and pays well too. A social worker can deal with anyone from children, to welfare cases. You could also work in a hospital and deal with patient cases there. Also you could work with behavioral issues. Such as people with addictions like drugs and alcohol to help them become clean. I am actually going to school for social work so I can be a soaicl worker in a nursing home to ensure the safety and happiness for the residents tat live in these homes. Basically all a social worker does is make sure those they are dealing with are succeeding in it and are healthy, safe, and happy. unless you are a social worker for CPS, then you have to deal with child abuse.

well i have had friends who have hade thoughts so let me tell you a parole officer is like a person who keeps track of there clinces like what they do and how they make money and they help them out and give them adive and make shure they keep in contact with you where ever they go so that way they wont get there selfs into trouble again it is like a mom/cop
Social worker goes to peoples houses and helps family out with being able to comunact with eachother kinda like super nany
and resouces director is like on i am not very sure about but let me get back with you on that
