I’m a HR manager and I didn’t have many options for HR type classes in high school. Take any business class they offer, any business computer course, etc. I’m not sure what else your school offers…
You certainly need to go to a 4 year college in order to pursue this career. You can find many colleges that now offer HR degrees within the business school.
