What Happens On A Second Interview?

I just got a call back saying they want me to come back in for the executive administrative position. Today, I had an hour & ten minute interview. 30 min of it was with the HR director & he asked behavioral questions & 40 min of it was with the lady I would be supervised by & she asked general work related questions.
What is left for the 3rd interview?? I know I am meeting with the lady that I would be working for.

They are very interested in you…You will meet your potential boss and others..They basically want to know you a bit more…Give you more information about the position..Go with a list of question-Shows interest-Look up the company and their mission statement etc. Good luck.

Yes, that is a good sign and they just want you to meet more people and see if you are a good fit. Also, they may want to discuss pay rates and benefits, so have some numbers in mind if they ask you. Just relax, take the opportunity to ask questions that interest you, for example work atmosphere, their expectations, career growth potential, etc.
One job I ended up taking had 3 days of interviews and over 10 hours total of meetings/lunches and more meetings. Usually a 2nd interview is a good sign and common, good luck!
