What Is The Best Path For Hr Management?

I would like for anyone to respond from this field or very familiar with the field.
I have no experience or education in HR and it is hard to get hired with any big company. I have a BA in Psychology.
Should I pursue a Masters in HR Management or complete my Bachelors in HR Management since most of the coursework is complete from my previous degree? Does it make a difference or are they equally valuable?

I know several people working for the HR department of multinational companies. Most of them started by having a BA degree in Psychology. So, I think it’s better for you to pursue a masteral degree. Having another bachelors is a waste of time.
